Analytics
The analytics answer one question: is the after-sale program doing anything. Every number is counted from your own account. Plantorbia does not show industry averages, does not project savings, and does not present anyone else's data as yours.
What every plan shows
- Handoffs: how many sales you have recorded, all time and in a selectable recent window.
- Activation rate: the share of handoffs in that window that customers actually claimed. This is the single most useful number, because a handoff nobody claims did nothing.
- Active claimed plants: how many plants linked to your nursery currently exist in customer accounts.
- Connected customers: how many distinct customers have claimed at least one plant from you.
What Starter and Growth add
- Support requests and warranty claims in the window, so you can see whether either is trending up.
- Claim outcomes: a breakdown of the claims filed in the window by their current staff decision, approved, rejected, information requested, or pending.
On Basic, the response is the four volume figures only. The Starter- and Growth-only fields are left out rather than shown as zero, so the difference is clear.
The selectable window
The period metrics run over a window you choose, with 30 days as the default and 365 as the longest. All-time figures such as total handoffs and connected customers ignore the window.
What the analytics deliberately do not do
There is no revenue figure, no cost-saved figure, no "claims prevented", and no survival-rate estimate. That data does not exist for your nursery in a way Plantorbia can measure, so it is not shown. If you want to reason about the financial side of warranty handling, the warranty cost calculator does that from numbers you enter, clearly labelled as a scenario rather than a measured result.
