We want you to be happy with Plantorbia. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. Overview
Plantorbia offers subscription-based plans (Basic, Pro, and Expert) billed on a monthly or annual cycle. Because our service delivers digital content and features that are available immediately upon subscription, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and our ability to continue operating the Service.
Free plan users are not charged and therefore this policy does not apply to free accounts.
2. Subscription Billing
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of first payment.
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
- All charges are processed in advance at the start of each billing period.
- You will receive an email receipt for each charge.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid plan until that date, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please review the eligibility conditions below.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 New Subscriptions: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies once per user account and is available on both monthly and annual plans.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions: Pro-Rated Refund Window
For annual subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day period, you may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the annual renewal charge if:
- You have not made extensive use of the Service during the period (assessed at our discretion based on usage data), or
- The Service experienced a significant documented outage during your billing period that substantially impaired your use
Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of unused full months remaining in the annual period.
4.3 Billing Errors
If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged the wrong amount), you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge regardless of when it occurred. Please contact us as soon as you notice the discrepancy.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Monthly subscription charges after the 7-day new-subscriber window has passed
- Annual renewal charges requested more than 30 days after the renewal date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in advance if you do not wish to renew
- Dissatisfaction based solely on AI response quality, as AI outputs are inherently variable and we cannot guarantee specific results
- Partial use of the billing period. We do not issue refunds for months already partially used on monthly plans
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

Please include the following in your request:
- The email address associated with your Plantorbia account
- The date of the charge you wish to dispute
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period based on the difference in plan price. The full new plan price applies from the next billing cycle.
When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in plan price during the current period.
8. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Plantorbia may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
